Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to meet targets and SLAs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and senior-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and guide sourcing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Monitor recruitment performance, progress, and metrics.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job boards.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hires.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
