Dyari, a real estate alliance with over 50 years of combined experience in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth and investment opportunities.

You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with investors and developers, and lead negotiations to close deals, contributing to the company’s long-term growth objectives.

The role requires strong market knowledge, a proven track record, and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with ERP experience preferred.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in business development and investment; at least 3 years in a BDM or Investment Manager role.
• Proven experience in real estate development and investment.
• Measurable achievements in business development and real estate transactions; provide evidence of past accomplishments.
• Strong professional network of investors, real estate developers, and strategic partners.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Odoo.

• Develop and execute strategic business development and real estate investment plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new real estate and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, real estate developers, and strategic partners.
• Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with relevant departments.
