Job summary

Rawaj-HCM seeks an Investment & Development Manager to oversee a diversified real estate investment portfolio in Riyadh. The role involves evaluating performance, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with investors, developers, operators, and financial institutions.

The candidate will prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and cash flow projections, while negotiating agreements and guiding strategic initiatives for senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, or real estate investment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in real estate investment companies, holding companies, family offices, or asset management firms.
• Strong track record in evaluating and monetizing land and real estate assets.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal execution skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

The Investment Department Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the existing investment portfolio, evaluating its performance, identifying new investment opportunities, and establishing strong professional relationships with investors, real estate developers, operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
