Job summary

Norconsult Telematics Limited is seeking a Permit Coordinator to execute and oversee property and permit activities across multiple sites in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate municipality approvals, renewals, and legalization while maintaining meticulous records and dashboards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong Arabic and English communication skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and permit management.
• Knowledge of Saudi municipality and government processes.
• Strong documentation and records management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up property and permit-related activities for assigned sites.
• Coordinate municipality permits, renewals, legalization and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain accurate tracking of permit status, expiry dates, pending actions and required documents.
• Coordinate with landlords, municipalities, government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support property documentation, lease-related records and site files.
• Identify permit and property risks that may impact project delivery and escalate.
• Follow up on delayed permits, missing documents, and outstanding actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contractual requirements and governance.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on permit progress and risks.
• Support site acquisition, contract renewal, contract transfer and site replacement activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Contracts and PM teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain complete and auditable records for all sites.
