Job summary

Norconsult Telematics Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a proactive Property and Permit Coordinator to manage and follow up on permit-related activities across assigned sites. You will coordinate municipality permits, renewals, legalization, and regulatory approvals while maintaining precise records and collaborating with landlords, government entities, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong Arabic and English

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, real estate, law or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property and permit management.
• Knowledge of Saudi municipality and government processes.
• Strong documentation and records management abilities.
• Excellent tracking, reporting, and issue escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on property and permit-related activities for assigned sites.
• Coordinate municipality permits, renewals, legalization, and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain accurate tracking of permit status, expiry dates, pending actions, and required documents.
• Coordinate with landlords, municipalities, government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support property documentation, lease-related records, approvals, and site files.
• Identify permit and property risks that may impact project delivery and escalate them timely.
• Follow up on delayed permits, rejected applications, missing documentation, and outstanding actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contractual requirements, and TAWAL governance.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards covering permit progress, aging, risks, and critical cases.
• Support site acquisition, contract renewal, contract transfer, legalization, and site replacement activities as required.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Contracts, and Project Management teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain complete and auditable records for all assigned sites.
