Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required).
• ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
• 4–6 years in budget control or cost management within real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on SAP FM experience fund centers, cost objects, payment budget management.
• Demonstrated PR/PO control, variation, and change order financial management.

Responsibilities

• Establish approved budget baselines across all fund centers for every project.
• Translate capital plans into SAP FM budget hierarchies.
• Monitor actuals vs plan at fund center level in real time.
• Flag PO vs invoice variances before payment block processing.
• Review and approve PRs against FMC budget lines to prevent overruns.
