Job summary

The role focuses on monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, and improving turnaround times across permitting workflows.

The candidate will coordinate with Engineering, Planning, PMO, Commercial, and Operations teams, maintain governance documentation, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6–10 years of permitting, governance, regulatory compliance, or PMO experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within regulatory/approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of the Permitting Governance Framework.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, approvals, and conditions.
• Track permitting activities against timelines and governance requirements.
• Maintain KPI and SLA trackers for permit processing and approvals.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Liaise with government entities and internal teams to support timely submissions.
