You will manage purchasing workflows, RFQ/PO generation, supplier coordination, and supervision of procurement teams to meet schedule and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement and material management processes.
• Ability to learn local and national guidelines.

• Professional certification(s) or license(s).
• Experience in material management.

Aufgaben

• Participate in planning and execution of material management activities for the project or office.
• Manage procurement work process and report material status from purchase to receipt.
• Develop all purchasing and Material Management activities from requisition to close-out.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of Material Management processes.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities as appropriate.
• Generate RFQ/POs in the approved material management system for project, estimate or proposal work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
