Job summary

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree and 10+ years work experience or 14 years combined experience if non-degreed.
Ability to communicate with management, clients, vendors and stakeholders
Strong technical knowledge in material management and procurement
Knowledge of local, state/federal statutes and guidelines
Detail-oriented and time-conscious work approach
Applicable professional certifications or licenses are preferred
Experience in material management procurement on EPFC projects

Responsibilities

Formulate plans for material management activities and support project execution.
Manage procurement work processes and report material status from purchase to receipt.
Develop purchasing and material management activities from requisition to close-out.
Implement and monitor Material Management Work Process per corporate tools.
Perform supervisory responsibilities as appropriate.
Generate RFQs/POs in the approved material management system.
Other duties as assigned.
