Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and time-conscious with good organizational skills.
• Professional certifications or licenses relevant to procurement or material management.
• Experience in material management and supply chain activities.
• Interpersonal and communication strengths enabling effective teamwork.
• Proficiency with computers and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project member in plans and execution of material management activities.
• Manage procurement work process and report material management status from purchase to receipt.
• Develop purchasing and Material Management activities from requisition to close-out.
• Assign requisitions and RFQ/PO packages to procurement and material management personnel.
• Implement and monitor Material Management Work Process using corporate tools.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities as appropriate.
• Generate RFQ/PO in the approved material management system for project or proposals.
