Based in Riyadh, you will partner with senior executives to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ to 8 years of project management experience in an international fintech or operations setting.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Project Management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models and management presentations.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic and operational projects from definition through implementation and review.
• Define scope, governance, milestones, budgets and resources with stakeholders.
• Build robust project plans and provide clear reporting for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Deliver business cases and recommendations to support key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and organisational change initiatives.
