Job summary

Global Blue, part of Shift4, seeks a Project Manager to drive timely implementation and delivery of complex initiatives across international teams. You will plan, coordinate, report, and ensure smooth handovers to business units while building strong relationships with country teams.

You will analyze data, support financial business cases, and establish governance, reporting, and templates to enable high-quality execution and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Project Management in an international environment.
• Master’s degree in economics or project management.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with MicroStrategy and Salesforce would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects.
• Coordinate, report, and handover to business teams.
• Set up governance, reporting, and templates for projects.
• Analyze data to support financial business cases and decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, MS, Finance and Operations teams to define priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and change management.
