Job summary

Shift4, together with Global Blue, is expanding its Project Management Office to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives globally. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with Commercial, MS, Finance and Operations, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining governance and quality.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, a mastery of data structures, and effective communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Master’s degree in economics.
• 5–8 years’ experience in Project Management in an international environment.
• Experience interfacing with clients (e.g. Zatca).

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects and take corrective actions when results deviate from expectations.
• Plan, coordinate, report, and ensure smooth handover to the business.
• Set up project governance, reporting, and templates.
• Coordinate with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to define priorities.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; log project information.
• Communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
