Job summary

Air Arabia Dammam is seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing of goods and services. You will coordinate with centralized teams, optimize cost and value, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while building strong supplier relationships in KSA.

The role requires 4+ years of procurement experience in indirect or IT/technical spend, with Oracle Fusion experience and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, supply chain or related field.
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential; excellent business writing and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced level).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Broad-based understanding of business operations and core procurement areas (Spend Management and Category Management).
• Sourcing and supplier management process skills.
• Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions with focus on legal aspects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories to optimize cost, value, and budget performance.
• Coordinate with Category Specialists and Centralized Procurement team for IT, Insurance, Logistics, and other system-related requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and competitive tendering processes to ensure compliant, cost-effective acquisitions.
• Monitor supplier markets, industry trends, and procurement best practices to identify savings and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and standardized processes across Air Arabia Dammam.
• Manage supplier relationships and end-to-end contract lifecycle to ensure compliance and value realization.
• Ensure procurement transactions are processed through Oracle Fusion with three-way matching.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels to support operations.
• Prepare procurement MIS and periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Expedite delivery by coordinating with suppliers to meet timelines.
