Job summary
SADAFCO seeks a seasoned IT & Professional Services procurement leader in Jeddah to drive end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance for software, cloud, security, and IT services. You will align with the digital transformation agenda and deliver cost optimization while ensuring business continuity.
The role demands strategic sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in negotiating complex contracts within a FMCG/multinational environment.
Qualifications
- MBA / Post Graduate degree preferred.
- CIPS or CIPP qualification preferable.
- Minimum 6 years in procurement of IT & Professional Services.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong MS-Office and Power BI knowledge.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT & Professional Services procurement including software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, telecom, and managed services.
- Develop and execute SADAFCO’s procurement strategy with 3-year roadmaps.
- Perform supplier profiling, due diligence, onboarding, and segmentation.
- Collect market intel on tech trends and licensing, convert to actionable insights.
- Draft contracts and manage renewals to minimize risk.
- Prepare annual IT procurement budgets.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage risk.
- Ensure regulatory compliance per local authorities.
