Job summary

6-month initial contract - with extensions Arabic speakers required I am seeking highly skilled IT Procurement professionals to join my client on an initial 6-month extendable contract. You will play a key role in managing and leading end-to-end procurement activities for technology packages, ensuring smooth coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and successful delivery of procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT and technology packages.
• Coordinate with non-procurement stakeholders including IT, Contracting, Legal, and Business units to ensure readiness and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and best practices in procurement.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the procurement function.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Fiori (mandatory).
• Strong command of English (mandatory); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Experience Required:

• Specialist: 5-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in IT procurement.
• Senior Specialist: 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in IT procurement.
