Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT procurement or technology sourcing.
• Proven leadership in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Expertise negotiating high-value IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital procurement function and IT sourcing strategy.
• Consolidate spend, negotiate long-term agreements and build supplier partnerships.
• Drive capability development and performance management of the procurement team.
• Oversee supplier segmentation, market analysis, and contract governance.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and supply continuity across IT portfolios.
