Qualifications

• 25+ years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, engineering or major capital projects.
• Proven track record managing procurement for mega projects in GCC.
• Strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background preferred.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing procurement strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain management.
