Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced procurement manager to oversee procurement activities and lead the team to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in procurement management within large-scale design and construction programs.

You will be responsible for managing complex contract agreements, optimizing vendor negotiations, and ensuring the effective implementation of procurement strategies. Strong knowledge of procurement software like SAP and Ariba, along with exceptional leadership skills, is required for this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ min relevant procurement management experience within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software, such as Ariba, Prism, SAP, or similar systems.
• Expert knowledge of procurement legislation, and its practical application.
• Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the team’s deliverables through effective leadership.
• Delivers the procurement activities in line with the Tender Event Schedule (TES).
• Leads execution and administration of complex contract agreements.
• Implements the Procurement department strategy to achieve objectives.
• Leads development and implementation of Procurement policies and procedures.
