• Extensive experience developing and implementing procurement strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain management.

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Director to lead procurement strategy and execution for major, complex projects in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be a Western-educated procurement professional with approximately 25 years of experience, including significant exposure to mega projects and preferably a strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background.

• 25+ years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major capital projects.

• Western education from a recognized university/institution.
• Proven track record managing procurement for mega projects in the GCC.
• Strong PMC experience is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing procurement strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural procurement teams and work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GCC procurement practices, market conditions, and major international suppliers/contractors.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on high-value, fast-paced projects with demanding delivery schedules.
