Matarat Holding seeks a Purchasing Specialist in Dammam to manage end-to-end procurement processes, coordinate PO issuance, and ensure compliance with DOA. The role focuses on sourcing reputable suppliers, contract execution, and maintaining supplier performance.

Required 3–4 years in procurement, a Bachelor’s in SCM or procurement, and CPP/CPSM preferred. English and Arabic language proficiency are expected, with a preference for experience in corporate or industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or procurement is required.
• 3 to 4 years of procurement experience in a corporate or industrial environment is preferred.
• Preferred: CPP or CPSM certifications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders, ensuring deliveries align with contract terms and monitor schedules.
• Ensure requests meet DOA approvals from relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct sourcing to identify reputable suppliers and maintain supplier database.
• Oversee release of purchase orders against contracts and coordinate with suppliers on details.
• Process PRs and POs, and manage invoices in line with company policies.
• Review supplier change requests and apply deductions per DOA.
• Create detailed purchase orders and ensure amendments pass required approvals.
• Validate contract requisitions to ensure all requirements are approved.
• Oversee contract execution and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain ongoing supplier relationships for timely delivery and quality.
