Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a PMO Manager to serve as the Sector CEO's delivery arm, turning strategy into a governed portfolio and ensuring initiatives land on time and on budget.

The role leads the Sector PMO across six portfolio companies, defines governance, tracks performance, consolidates reporting, and escalates risks for timely decisions. Education includes a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business; Master’s/MBA preferred; PMP or PgMP; Saudi market experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• PMP (required) or PgMP / PfMP.
• Saudi market experience and 10+ years total PMO/portfolio experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sector PMO: charter, operating model, roles and decision rights.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio and manage approvals.
• Maintain sector portfolio register with scope, owners, budgets, milestones.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for Sector CEO and management.
• Coordinate management meetings; prepare papers, minutes, actions.
• Maintain sector-level risk/issue registers and change control.
• Coach and develop PMO team; select and implement PMO tools.
