Job summary

MRG Global is seeking a PMO Manager to join its Real Estate Investment & Business Development team in Riyadh. You will oversee PMO standards, portfolio reporting, performance tracking, and governance frameworks while supporting identification and progression of new development and investment opportunities.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity across reports and pipelines to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate/Engineering or related field with PMP certification.
• Proven PMO experience in complex projects, development or investment environments.
• Experience with real estate development or large infrastructure programs.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track new development/investment opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Build relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, consultants, and stakeholders to support deal origination.
• Establish PMO governance, project controls, reporting standards, risk management, and dashboards.
• Consolidate portfolio data, monitor performance, and report on schedules, budgets, risks, milestones.
• Produce executive-level reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards for portfolio performance and pipeline progression.
• Coordinate transition of opportunities into delivery teams and manage stakeholder communication.
• Ensure data integrity across portfolio and pipeline reporting outputs.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Investment & Business Development Officer, the PMO Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting both project governance and business growth initiatives across the organisation.

Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing PMO standards, portfolio reporting, performance tracking, and governance frameworks, whilst also supporting the identification, assessment, and progression of new development and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and track new development and investment opportunities in line with the organisation's growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, consultants, and other key external stakeholders to support deal origination activities.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including project controls, reporting standards, risk management processes, and performance dashboards.
• Consolidate portfolio-wide project data, monitor programme performance, and provide timely reporting on schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Produce executive‑level reports and presentations that provide clear insights to support decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain dashboard reporting and analytics to monitor portfolio performance and pipeline progression.
• Coordinate the transition of qualified opportunities into delivery teams and support effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of portfolio and pipeline data across all reporting outputs.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline, together with PMP certification.
• Proven PMO experience gained within a complex project, development, or investment environment.
• Previous experience within a leading consulting firm and exposure to real estate development or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience using project management and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
