Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience with executive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing large, complex programs valued up to 5 billion.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, governance, and delivery of one or more large-scale programs.
• Establish PMO methodologies, governance standards, and delivery tools.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead negotiations and manage client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
