Job summary

CareerFirst Company seeks a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to guide the execution of strategic relationship initiatives and oversee partnership operations. You will develop tactical plans and provide strategic insights to align partnerships with long-term business goals.

You will lead end-to-end partnership tasks, formulate action plans, evaluate performance, and deliver high-level reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnership Management.
• Demonstrated track record in project oversight, planning, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the end-to-end execution of strategic partnership tasks and initiatives.
• Formulate operational and strategic action plans to ensure effective partnership lifecycle management.
• Evaluate partnership performance, provide actionable recommendations, and deliver high-level reports to key stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance metrics and oversee deliverables to maximize the ROI of strategic relationships.
