Job summary

Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to align people strategy with business goals.

You will partner with senior leaders, oversee three Assistant Managers – HRBP, and ensure proactive HR support across assigned functions. In this role you will shape workforce planning, performance, ER, talent development, and change initiatives, driving engagement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience managing or supervising HR professionals, ideally within an HRBP structure.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and talent management.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce and people requirements.
• Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and oversight.
• Support workforce planning, manpower planning and organizational requirements.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations and HR policies.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and critical hiring requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention and workforce trends.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify people-related issues and support decision-making.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations and performance matters, escalating where required.
• Support the Head of HR on strategic HR projects and broader people initiatives.
