Job summary

Michael Page International (UAE) is representing a semi-government client undergoing Vision 2030 initiatives. The role focuses on organizational development and rewards design, driving alignment with new salary scales and job titles while embedding OD best practices across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead transformation programs, collaborate with global consultancies, and influence senior leadership to execute the strategy within the in-house environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across Organizational Development and Rewards/Compensation.
• Proven track record in transformation or organizational redesign programs.
• Experience working with or alongside global consultancies (WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer).
• Strong ability to influence and engage senior leadership.

• Lead the rollout and ongoing refinement of the new organizational design - this has just been completed
• Align roles, structures, and reporting lines with the updated framework
• Support leadership in embedding OD best practices across the business

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience across Organizational Development and Rewards/Compensation (reward is the stronger need)
• Proven track record in transformation or organizational redesign programs
• Experience working with or alongside global consultancies (WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc)
• Demonstrated capability in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to move from strategy to execution within an in-house environment
• Strong influencing skills and exposure to senior leadership
