Job summary

Petro Rabigh is seeking a meticulous Organisation & Job Analyst to assess structure, roles, and responsibilities across the enterprise, supporting workforce planning and ensuring descriptions are accurate and compliant.

You will partner with HR and department leaders, perform job evaluations, analyze workforce data, and benchmark against industry standards to drive efficient design and fair compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certifications in job evaluation, organisation design, or HR analytics are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in job analysis, organisation development, or HR analytics.
• Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret employment legislation and best practices in analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders.
• MS Office proficiency; HRIS knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday) is advantageous.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational and job analysis studies documenting roles, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for all positions.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to evaluate content for new and existing roles.
• Perform job evaluations to determine grades, salary bands, and career paths.
• Analyse workforce data to support planning and design projects.
• Provide guidance on job design and organisational structure.
• Conduct market benchmarking to align pay structures with industry standards.
• Contribute to policies on organisation management and job evaluation.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations on structure and findings.
• Support HR initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
