Job summary

Imploy in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams. You will analyze needs, optimize processes, define requirements, and support delivering technology solutions aligned with business goals.

The role involves leading sessions, documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, mentoring junior analysts, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
• Experience working within technology or IT-related sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, process mapping, and solution analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business, operations, and IT teams.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand business needs.
• Perform data analysis to support business cases, feasibility studies, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support projects throughout the lifecycle, including UAT, implementation, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
• Present analysis, recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement.
