You will manage key accounts, drive adoption of the surgical portfolio, and partner with hospitals and surgical centers to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service.

You will develop account strategies, lead commercial initiatives, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support growth and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or surgical equipment is required.
• Proven track record in healthcare account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic customer accounts and plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts and relationships in ophthalmic surgical market.
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets for Alcon's surgical portfolio.
