• Minimum 12 years of total professional experience.
• At least 6 years in managerial or leadership positions.
• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Proven sales experience with revenue generation.
• Education sector experience preferred.
• Client-side experience in service-based businesses is advantageous.
• Experience selling services or high-value solutions preferred over product-only backgrounds.
• Experience with high-ticket offerings or enterprise sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
