Client of Ethra Hr seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the marketing strategy for two brands across 17 showrooms in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee campaigns, digital marketing, events, and agency partnerships while leading the internal team and collaborating with Sales, Retail, B2B, and Product.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and brand growth in a retail context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably around 10 years, including leadership roles.
• Retail experience is essential, preferably with consumer brands operating physical showrooms.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and coordinating campaigns.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and annual plans, managing budgets, and aligning activities with sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand positioning, advertising campaigns, social media, events, and customer acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams and collaborate with Sales, Retail, B2B, and senior management.
• Good English communication skills.
• Digital Marketing certification is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual plan for both brands across 17 showrooms.
• Prepare, manage and monitor the marketing budget with Finance and relevant departments.
• Lead brand positioning, awareness, and marketing communications across both brands.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, showrooms, events, and other platforms.
• Manage external marketing agencies ensuring effective execution and alignment with objectives.
• Lead and develop the internal marketing team with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, customer acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, B2B, and Product teams to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate marketing activities across the company's 17 showrooms in Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Deputy CEO.
