Job summary

DP World in Jeddah is seeking a high-energy sales professional to drive maximum occupancy and revenue for the new logistics facility. You will lead B2B outreach, qualify leads, and close mid to large scale contracts with e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail clients.

You will conduct professional site tours, design customized space and service solutions, and manage contracts end-to-end, while tracking activity in the CRM and delivering weekly forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience in logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, or commercial/industrial real estate.
• Solid understanding of warehousing operations, supply chain terminology, and inventory management concepts.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing mid to large scale contracts.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions to C-level executives and Supply Chain Directors.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: aggressively prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales leads across target industries (e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, electronics).
• Facility Tours & Pitching: conduct engaging site tours for prospective clients, highlighting security, layout, dock doors, technology, and operational capabilities.
• Custom Solution Design: work with prospects to understand bottlenecks and propose customized space and service agreements.
• Contract Negotiation: lead end-to-end negotiation, structuring leasing agreements, short-term storage contracts, and value-added service fees.
• Market Intelligence: monitor local industrial real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging logistics demands.
• Pipeline Management: maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM, provide weekly forecasts.
