Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar is seeking a Training Manager to onboard, up-skill and develop the hotel team through blended learning solutions. You will ensure corporate training initiatives are implemented across the hotel and align with Kempinski standards to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires building and leading a Training team, coordinating with EXCOM and HODs, and continuously improving training programs and tools to uphold brand standards and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel learning and development preferred.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions and programs.
• Ability to partner with senior management and departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish a training network according to Kempinski standard, including spending time in operations to foster this network.
• Analyse training needs and training effectiveness.
• Ensure that all corporately developed Training BITES are reflected in hotel policies and procedures.
• Develop the Training BITE Library with Departmental Trainers for hotel-specific content.
• Embed Kempinski training programs and tools and track implementation to evaluate attendance.
• Plan, design and deliver training programs.
• Devise a training marketing strategy for back-of-house and campaigns.
• Analyse e-learning data and share insights with Management and Trainers.
