Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a commercially driven Sales & Key Account Manager with strong technical knowledge. You will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and identify opportunities in local and international markets from Dammam-based operations.

You will lead contract negotiations, provide forecasts, and collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery and quality. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to enhance sales planning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure consistent positioning within the market.
• Lead contract negotiation processes and ensure adherence to commercial terms and delivery timelines.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Align all sales activities with internal processes and quality standards.
