Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to expand our presence in the Oil & Gas, Power, Mining and Industrial sectors. You will cultivate customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive order intake while coordinating with the Commercial Operations team.

The role requires 3–7 years of industrial B2B sales experience, a hunter mindset, and strong communication and presentation skills. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
• Experience in forging, casting, heavy manufacturing, or industrial components
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors
• Proven track record in lead generation and opportunity development

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributors in targeted sectors
• Act as primary customer-facing representative for accounts and prospects
• Identify, qualify and develop new sales leads and opportunities
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations to ensure accurate handover and alignment with sales systems
