Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in key account management or strategic account development preferred.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and stakeholders within accounts and territories.
• Drive MOH-related growth by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and MOH decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional strategies.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Convert opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions.
