Zahid Group, a Saudi diversified business group, seeks a Senior Key Account Specialist-WARED to lead relationships with strategic customers in logistics. You will ensure service excellence, drive retention and revenue growth, and coordinate internal teams to meet commercial and operational expectations while identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of logistics and transportation services, particularly B2B contract servicing.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for key customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention and revenue stability.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand evolving needs and align service delivery accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to proactively manage end to end customer experience.
• Monitor account performance including service SLAs, billing accuracy, delivery lead times and complaint resolution.
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on operational trends and client feedback.
• Lead or support the renewal of contracts, commercial proposals, and negotiations process in collaboration with the commercial management.
• Act as the first escalation point for major service issues and ensure structured follow-up and closure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, pricing contract terms, and reporting KPIs.
