Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Transaction PMO Lead to drive JV formation governance, manage the integrated schedule, data room, and decisive logs. The role coordinates diverse workstreams including corporate BD, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to ensure timely milestones and governance approvals.

Successful candidates will have 10+ years in transaction PMO or related fields, strong schedule discipline, and experience with stage-gate processes and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, PM or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in transaction PMO, M&A integration, or complex program management.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream negotiations and due-diligence data rooms.
• Exposure to JVs, project finance, or greenfield industrial developments.
• Experience preparing board-level materials and governance records.
• Ability to build integrated schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies and governance milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day mechanics of JV formation process and governance calendars.
• Manage integrated master schedule, data room, issue and decision registers.
• Coordinate multi-workstream teams and external advisors.
• Prepare executive materials for Steering Committee and Investment Committees.
• Track risks, dependencies, and stage-gate readiness.
