Job summary

Agility Ventures in Riyadh is seeking a senior PMO professional to serve as the central nerve center for our KSA operations, tracking opportunities across the global portfolio and accelerating delivery.

You will bridge high-level government engagements with operational execution, maintain a single source of truth for the pipeline, manage complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem, and provide leadership with data-driven insights for critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of project management experience in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker via Power BI or Excel.
• Track engagements with key KSA entities and document next actions.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and dashboards for executives.
• Follow up with OpCos to ensure actions and deadlines are met.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, or risks early and mitigate.
• Ensure continuity of project data during shifts or transitions.
