Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or economics.
• 10+ years in BD, corporate development, transactions or investments.
• Hands-on experience in JV, M&A, partnerships, project finance or major industrial projects.
• Strong experience building business cases and executive presentations.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary diligence and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated action plan, transaction tracker, decision log and deliverables calendar.
• Coordinate preparation of commitment materials, data room and partner workplans.
• Develop JV structure options and consolidate inputs into a transaction case.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX, IRR/NPV analyses and value-creation comparisons.
• Coordinate approvals and prepare materials for Steering Committee and Board reviews.
• Draft negotiation briefs, meeting packs and action lists.
• Follow up with workstream owners to close actions and avoid delays.
• Review partner submissions for completeness and alignment with terms.
• Maintain traceability between diligence findings and approval conditions.
• Support negotiations and document agreed positions.
