Job summary

MAADEN is seeking a Senior Joint Venture and Transaction Subject Matter Expert to lead alliance strategy, deal architecture and execution for major mining partnerships in Ras Al Khair. You will drive negotiations, shape documents such as HoT/JDA/JVA/SHA, and coordinate multiple workstreams to achieve decision-ready outcomes.

The role requires extensive leadership of industrial JVs, M&A or project-financed transactions, with strong stakeholder management across executives and boards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial JVs, partnerships, M&A or project-financed deals.
• Experience negotiating detailed joint-venture and off-take arrangements.
• Ability to interact with executives, boards and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal SME on JV strategy, governance, protections and deal execution.
• Advise on ownership, reserved matters, funding and operator models.
• Develop negotiation positions, red lines and concession strategy.
• Coordinate legal, financial, commercial and technical workstreams.
• Review proposals, due diligence findings and risk papers.
