Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is seeking a Sales/Growth Manager to drive business development and sales across the KSA, focusing on IT and bespoke engineering services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to close and nurture long-term client relationships.

The role requires a self-driven, customer-focused professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in IT/engineering sectors and experience with CRM tools. Willingness to travel within KSA is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, software engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably IT/bespoke engineering services.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in KSA region.
Experience selling business solutions like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the KSA market.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to tailor service offerings.
Expand presence in target regions by spotting market trends.
Prepare proposals and pitches communicating service value.
Collaborate with delivery, engineering and marketing teams for project execution.
Monitor KPIs like revenue growth, sales cycle progress and client retention.
Lead negotiations with prospects to close deals aligned with company goals.
Travel within KSA for client meetings and industry events as required.
