Job summary

Fakeeh Care in Jeddah is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT solutions space. You will understand client needs, tailor solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years in client relationship management, a BA/BS in IT or business, and excellent English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the software or tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable IT solutions to enhance their experience.
• Develop a relationship management strategy tailored to each client segment.
