Talent Blueprint FZ LLC in Jeddah seeks a Senior HR Workforce Planning Specialist to support large-scale international sporting events. You will design scalable workforce plans, optimise structures, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure cost-effective staffing.

The ideal candidate has expertise in forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and event staffing, with ability to balance operational readiness with commercial efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR workforce planning or HR operations.
• Experience in sports events, mega events, or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable workforce plans aligned with event timelines.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on event size and requirements.
• Build manpower plans across venue operations, hospitality, security, accreditation, logistics, and guest services.
• Continuously adjust workforce plans based on real-time event dynamics.
• Partner with functional heads to align workforce with commercial and operational needs.
• Provide data-driven workforce recommendations balancing service quality, cost efficiency, and feasibility.
• Influence senior stakeholders on workforce decisions through analysis and insights.
• Manage competing workforce demands across departments and venues.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards tracking hiring progress, headcount, readiness, and utilization.
• Monitor KPIs like hiring velocity, vacancy rates, and cost per resource.
• Track budgets including salaries, accommodation, transport, tickets, per diems, allowances, medical insurance and statutory contributions.
