Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable workforce plans aligned with event timelines.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on event size and complexity.
• Build manpower plans for venue ops, hospitality, security, accreditation, logistics, and guest services.
• Balance operational readiness with commercial efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor KPIs and support cost-saving initiatives.
