Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in HR planning, workforce analytics, or HR operations.
• Experience in data-driven HR decision-making and manpower forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and HR analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workforce requirements by analyzing business plans, market trends and operations.
• Develop short-term and long-term manpower plans including recruitment timelines.
• Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps and plan training or hiring.
• Monitor HR KPIs and maintain workforce data in ERP systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly workforce planning and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Recruitment to align hiring with workforce plans and track progress against plans.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and evaluation criteria for new roles.
• Support succession planning and development roadmaps for high-potential employees.
