Job summary

Ehya Real Estate Development is seeking an organized and proactive HR Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, records, contracts, and attendance while coordinating payroll inputs and benefits.

You will support performance reviews, employee development, and daily HR operations in strict compliance with Saudi labour regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least 3 years of HR experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and HR platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts, and attendance.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and medical insurance.
• Support performance evaluations and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and company policies.
• Maintain HR systems and prepare periodic reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support daily HR operations.
