Job summary

Ghobash Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across its Saudi Arabian operations. The role leads end-to-end recruitment, owns Saudization targets, and partners with business heads to drive organizational effectiveness and people excellence in line with Saudi Labour Law and Group policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience in corporate environments.
Solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization requirements.
Proven recruitment experience across multiple roles and levels.
5+ years in an HRBP or HR Generalist role across multiple business units.
Experience with Nitaqat compliance and nationalization quotas.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across Ghobash Group in KSA.
Own Saudization strategy and visa quota management for all business units.
Oversee onboarding and manpower planning to ensure compliant processes.
Define KPIs and support performance review cycles across units.
Consult with General Managers and senior leaders on HR matters and org development.
