Job summary

Saudi Mechanical Industries Co. is seeking an experienced HR leader to support the full scope of HR strategy and activities in consultation with senior management.

The role will take responsibility for HR functions, representing the company in HR matters and guiding job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and talent management. The ideal candidate will lead the HR department, implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals, manage salaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Business management or equivalent.
• HR KPIs, CIPD, HRCI certifications or courses.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department and direct implementation of HR strategy.
• Represent the company externally on HR matters.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Provide and develop internal and external HR competencies and manage salaries, benefits, and end-of-service obligations.
• Oversee recruitment processes and internal/external selection.
• Manage training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
• Ensure HR procedures comply with legal regulations and internal standards.
• Create a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Monitor turnover and analyze causes to improve retention.
